| When you join the Posh Eyes
Plan, you don't have to keep remembering to re-order
your contact lenses or have to pick them up from your
optician. We will deliver them by post to your
chosen address every 3 or 6 months so you can relax in
the knowledge that your lenses will arrive in plenty of
time. You can join online and will immediately benefit
from a 5% discount off our already incredibly low
prices. This is all you have to do:
- Check the tick box when ordering your contact
lenses to join the Posh Eyes Plan.
- Download the
Direct
Debit Form (PDF format). Complete the bank
details, sign the form and fax, post or scan and
email the form to us at Posh Eyes.
- Pay for your first order by Credit/Debit Card.
It really is as simple as that.
Because you'll want to take immediate advantage of
the convenience and savings of the Posh Eyes
Plan please send the form back to us as soon as you
can.
As a member of the plan you'll receive your lenses
automatically
every 3 months or 6 months, allowing plenty of time
before your lenses run out. If you choose to include
contact lens solutions on your initial order, we will
also supply you with solutions every 3 or 6 months. An
email will be sent to you at lease 10 days before the
first Direct Debit collection to confirm the amount to
be collected, and we will complete the Direct Debit
collection in the month prior to the despatch of your
lenses.
We will also contact you via email to remind you to
revisit your optician for a new prescription. Just let
us know when your prescription changes so that we
know which lenses to send you.
We can continue to send you lenses up to one year
from the date of your last contact lens prescription.
If at any stage you wish to cancel your membership of
the Posh Eyes Plan, simply contact us (via email, fax or
phone) and we will cease all future contact lens
deliveries and Direct Debit collections and refund to
you any payments due.
If you would like to change the frequency of your
deliveries, please let us know and we will amend our
delivery schedule accordingly.
